Zelf ook wat mail verkeer gehad met gunfire, had een aeg besteld welke available shipment in 24 hours had.
Maar goed, een downgrade er bij aangevraagd, uiteindelijk 3 weken geduurt.
na wat mailverkeer kreeg ik een verklaring van Gunfire zie hieronder:
We answer every mail, though due to a massive amount of e-mails we get, this can take up to 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours after the weekend.
Also we answer every call. though sometimes it may be harder tot reach us due to a massive amount of calls incoming at certain hours.
usually it's best to call us at 08;00-10:00 a.m and about 01:00 pm least people calling us then.
Please never send one email after another, until you get a response for the first one, our CRM system Always combines all emails from one customer together.
This is designed to make sure all info from our customer is held in one place
I'm sure i don't need to explain the benefits of that
But that also causes all emails sent from one customer to Always receive a timestamp of the latest email
So if you send a new email on wednesday morning, not receive answer and get impatient, and send another email at wednesday afternoon, then thursday morning etc up until Friday afternoon, all emails will receive the timestamp of Friday afternoon one... and as we Always answer emails from older to newest, you'll most likely get the answer on monday ( even though normally, if you've not sent all the next email. you'd get the answer on thursday before noon most likely) i'm sure you understand the system; also i'm sure that this often causes people think we don't answer emails, because they don't know how most CRM e-mail management systems works
